OUR STORY
The Darling family has long been a part of the Central Otago fruitgrowing community.
Today, Stephen, Mark and Mike Darling each operate orchards in the Ettrick, Roxburgh and Cromwell areas of Central Otago.

Stephen and Sally have continued and expanded the orchard, fruit packing and apple juicing operation, originally developed by parents Bill and Joyce Darling in 1963.
As an integrated independent fruit growing, packing and exporting business, the Darling family is growing for the future.

What We Do
Each year we grow and harvest the best apples and pears, cherries and apricots, plums, peaches and nectarines.
​
Equipped with state of the art optical fruit colour and blemish sorting equipment, our packhouse and coolstore facilities handle fresh fruit from our Central Otago orchards and local fruitgrower neighbours.
​
We supply premium fresh apples and pears, apricots and other stonefruit to customers across New Zealand and to many countries around the world.
